This is a Gordon Smith Classic T Deluxe Electric Guitar in Transparent Cherry Burst finish. Made in the United Kingdom in 2017, this guitar consists of an Ash body, a Maple neck, and a 22-fret Maple fingerboard. Other appointments include Gold hardware, locking Guyker tuners, a 6-saddle string-through bridge, and a set of Gordon Smith Single Coil pickups. These pickups are wired to a master volume, master tone, and a three-way pickup selector.
The Maple neck plays very well, with a profile resembling a thick ’D’ shape that will appeal to a wide range of players. The Satin finish to the rear of the neck assists with smooth transitions, and helps the neck to feel fluid in the hand. Medium Jumbo frets ensure a solid and dependable feel, as well as enhancing vibrato and string bending techniques. The cutaway offers fantastic access to the upper register, whilst the smooth lines of the body ensure this guitar is comfortable to play in both seated and standing positions.
Amplified, the pair of Gordon Smith T-Style single-coil pickups deliver beautifully clear and precise tones that are quintessential T-Style whilst also providing some Gordon Smith refinement. The neck pickup is warm and round, with plenty of power for driving your solo tones to the front of the mix. The bridge pickup is always the main event in a T-Style guitar, and this particular one does not disappoint. Plenty of bright ‘Twang’ is present, and with a nice high output, the pickup can push your amp into a gritty and raw distortion. The controls are nice and responsive, allowing you to dial in your perfect sound right on the guitar.

Aesthetic Condition:
Headstock: Overall excellent condition, it is difficult to discern any markings to the headstock.
Neck: Overall excellent condition, some tearout from fitting the sidedots at factory is apparent, however this has been finished over and is perfectly smooth to the touch.
Body: Overall excellent condition, all aspects demonstrate light scratching and indentation visible only under direct lighting at certain angles. This is most notable on the bass side lower bout of the rear face, where a small indentation pierces the finish slightly. A light hairline lacquer crack is present to the bass side of the neck pocket, this does not effect the structural integrity of the instrument and is common with bolt-on neck guitars.
Condition of Frets:
The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for future fret work.
Current Set Up:
Truss Rod: Fully functional. Truss rod tool (spoke wheel) not included.
Hardware: Fully functional with light signs of wear. The tuning machines have been changed for Guyker locking tuners, originals not included. You do need to use 3-4 wraps on the low E & A string due to inadequate breakangle over the nut. This can be amended with another string tree.
Structural: No concerns or issues to note.
