They send wrong charger that is not compactible with iPhone 7 Plus so I couldn't charge my new phone. I made a complaint on their site and immediately got offer of partially return 10 Euro beacuse charger is useless. 2 Days after I accepted offer money was on the credit card. Refurbed is legit.
